Amazing architecture and views on a meander through Vienna city centre
A cruise along the Danube, through a huge lock and down the Danube Canal.
The rather fabulous PeterKirche.
In the last photo, you can see the attention to detail in the tromp l’oeil painted dome and the cloaks flowing over the edge of the arch.
St Stephen’s Cathedral.
A stroll around the city centre, including great architecture and city squares.
The park at Schonbrunn, including some of the follies, the maze and the great view across a Vienna from the top of the Gloriette.
Schonbrunn Palace (the home of the Austro-Hungarian emperors).
Really interesting inside – got to see about 60 rooms, but no pictures allowed inside.
