Our flight was about an hour late into Dubai, circling for a while before landing.
Our flight on to Singapore was also delayed and took off about an hour and a quarter late.
We finally got to our hotel a little after 5pm local time (9am British time – pretty much 24 hours after we left our house).
On first impressions, Singapore sends a densely populated city, with mostly modern architecture.
We’re resting for a bit before heading out for food later. Main exploring will be tomorrow and part of Tuesday.
